Which Maryland men’s lacrosse games will be on TV this season?
The Big Ten Network announced it will air 13 Big Ten men’s lacrosse games this season, including 10 regular-season matchups plus the semifinals and championship of the Big Ten Tournament, and Maryland is prominently featured. The Terps will appear on BTN four times during the regular season, tied with Ohio State and Rutgers for the most in the conference.
Television coverage begins Saturday, March 21, when John Tillman’s team opens Big Ten play on the road at Penn State in a 3 p.m. matchup. The following weekend, Maryland heads to Ann Arbor to face Michigan on March 28 at a time to be announced. The Terps then return to College Park for back-to-back home games on BTN, hosting Ohio State on April 4 and Rutgers on April 11, both scheduled for 6 p.m. starts.

The season begins on Jan. 31, when Maryland opens the year on the road at Richmond in a noon contest streamed on ESPN+. The television slate aligns with a loaded schedule for Maryland, which enters the season ranked No. 1 in the USA Lacrosse Division I Men’s Preseason Top 20. The Terps will face no shortage of ranked opponents. Penn State (No. 9), Ohio State (No. 11), Rutgers (No. 15) and Michigan (No. 20) are all ranked Big Ten foes, while non-conference matchups include Richmond (No. 10) to open the season. Johns Hopkins (No. 17) also appears on the BTN schedule and remains a staple on Maryland’s calendar.
